Get help without handing over the keys
You don't have to be the only one publishing posts or answering messages. Users is where you invite someone to help as an Admin, and decide exactly which parts of your site they can get into.
Send an invite by email and choose what they can access. Posts, Messaging Center, and Email templates are turned on by default. Audience, Workflows, Newsletter, Theme, Brand, Page builder, Orders, Scheduling, and Editor Mode start off, and you can turn on any of them. You can change someone's access anytime, or remove them entirely when they no longer need it. Invites that haven't been accepted yet count toward your limit until someone accepts or you cancel them.
Every Admin can use Documentation and the AI Assistant chat. Users, Payments, and the AI Assistant tab stay with you, the owner. Everyone else only sees the areas you've given them.

How it works
Open Users in Admin and send an invite with the area permissions you want them to have.
They sign in, or create an account, and accept.
They show up as an Admin with access only to the permissions you grant them.
Change their access, resend the invite, or remove them whenever you need to.
A few things worth knowing
Starter is just you as an admin user. Pro includes five people, counting you, and Studio goes from 10 up to 25 depending on the tier.
