The useful answer is the one that matches this site, this plan, and the screen in front of you. The AI Assistant is that chat. It sits on Admin pages for every Admin. The Owner also has a tab for history, usage, and the avatar everyone on the site sees.
What this is for
You want to know how to publish, how a workflow fires, or what a limit on your plan means, without leaving the page to hunt for it.
What you can do
Ask a how-to. The reply is chosen from Cardel’s documentation, this site’s plan and limits, and a little context from the screen when that helps: the theme, the post you are editing, the template you have open, or a message thread when you ask for a draft. It does not read your subscriber list, dump every post, or look at another workspace.
If Cardel does not do something, it says so. It does not invent a screen. Off-topic questions are refused and do not spend the monthly allowance.
Related tools live where the work is. AI Theme Suggest previews a look you still save. AI Email Builder fills a template you still save. Suggest reply drafts a message you still send. Those share the same monthly allowance.

Good to know
Every Admin chat on the site shares one monthly token budget. Unused allowance does not roll into the next month. The Owner can see usage. An Admin with partial access gets answers aimed at the areas they can open. The Owner controls that access under Users.
