Make your site look like your work
Theme is where your site gets its look. The backgrounds, text, accent color, header, footer, and buttons all come from one color scheme, paired with fonts that suit it. Cardel starts you on a default, and you can switch whenever you want something that feels more like you.
Good-looking, and easy to read
Every color scheme is checked against WCAG AA, the widely used accessibility standard, in both light and dark mode. Text stays readable on its background and buttons stand out, so you never have to test color combinations yourself. Whichever one you pick, people with low vision, or just a dim phone screen, can still read your site comfortably.
Try it before you commit
Scroll through the color schemes and font pairings, or describe the feel you're going for and let AI Theme Suggest find a match. Cardel points out the font pairings that work best with the scheme you're looking at, and your current theme stays marked, so you can always find your way back. Try as many as you like. Your visitors keep seeing your saved look until you hit Save.
Your emails match too
The emails your site sends already follow your theme. When you save, you can also update your email templates, so what you see in the editor matches what people get in their inbox. Only the colors and fonts change. Your words stay exactly as you wrote them.

A few things worth knowing
Theme handles colors and fonts. Your logo, icons, and share image live in Brand. If you want your brand kit to pick up new colors, change the theme first and then rebuild the kit. AI Theme Suggest uses your site's monthly AI allowance, and it never saves anything on its own. The Workspace Owner can change the theme, and so can any Admin you've given access to it.
